  • Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail for U.S. residents. Please allow 3-5 business days.
  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order date. If we are unable to process your order due to incomplete payment information or out of stock item(s), it may take up to an additional 5-10 business days to process and ship.
  • For made-to-order items, please note that our studio pour their creativity and expertise into crafting each piece, which may result in a processing time of approximately 7 days. Rest assured that during this time, we are dedicated to creating dreamy, joyful, and lovable jewelry that will bring beauty and delight to your everyday life.

Return Policy

  1. Return Eligibility:
    • We accept returns only in the case of an incorrect item being shipped to you. We do not accept returns due to the character or nature of the merchandise.
    • To be eligible for a return, please ensure that you have contacted our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order to report any incorrect items.
  2. Incorrect Item Shipped:
    • If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
    • You may be required to provide photographic evidence or other relevant information to support your claim of an incorrect item being shipped.
  3. Return Process:
    • When contacting our customer service team, please provide your order number, details about the incorrect item received, and any supporting evidence.
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RA number) and further instructions on how to return the item.
    • Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  4. Return Shipping:
    • The cost of return shipping for an incorrect item will be covered by our company. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a courier service to pick up the item.
    • Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  5. Inspection and Refunds:
    • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and confirm that it is the incorrect item as reported.
    • If the item is deemed to be in the same condition as when it was shipped and matches the item reported as incorrect, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

    • We endeavor to fulfill orders promptly, and within this timeframe, our team will be preparing your order for shipment.
